Welcome to the first Ballarat Weekly Times Rural Lifestyle Expo!
As Chairman of the Committee, I would like to invite you to be a part of our new initiative - the Rural Lifestyle Expo.
We believe that there is a real need for people who want to enjoy a rural lifestyle, people who are living on the land or people who are thinking of moving to the country, to be able to talk to the experts and representatives from rural businesses and local government - all gathered on the one site for the day.
We will have livestock consultants, suppliers of machinery and equipment that rural lifestyle people need, livestock agents, veterinary professionals, sustainability speakers, fencing experts and a host of other representatives on the site for you to be able to speak to.
If your need is how to grow pastures, how to make an income off a small farm, what the local advice is on growing organic produce, what farm bike to buy or information on sustainable energy and practices then you should find the answer at this busy one day event.
Expert speakers, practical demonstrations and multiple trade stalls will be a feature and will make this a wonderful community event.
From an exhibitor point of view, we offer generous undercover or outdoor space, excellent parking facilities, and a supportive exnvironment with likeminded exhibitors in this rapidly growing regional area.
